Iesha is usually the first person you talk to at Grant Shepherd & Associates, Inc. when you call or the first person you see when you walk through the door. She is impeccable at taking care of all GSA clients by providing them with quality customer service and helping to lead them in the correct direction in getting what they need from our services.

Outside of the office she also coordinate different work between GSA, clients and the County or City. Iesha pulls deeds, plats, tax maps, site utilities and any other research that may be required to provide the correct due diligence to get our surveys completed. She meets with the Counties and City for pre-planning and also does permit expediting.

While in the office she usually answer phones and greet clients entering. She can also be found invoicing, filing and contacting clients about payment.
