Michael Buff is the Design Manager and is in charge of handling site plans and design projects.  He is responsible for drawing the plans in AutoCAD as well as managing all design projects.  Responsibilities for the design portion include all phases except for drawing the initial survey.  He is capable of handling the site layout, grading plans, erosion control plans, storm sewer design, sanitary sewer design, hydrology design, and landscape plans. 

On the managing side he is responsible for tracking of design projects and making sure they are completed on time.  He also coordinates with the surveying department for additional field work that is required and to determine scheduling of the projects. 

Besides his responsibilities as a design manager he also is responsible for keeping the plotter running and solving computer problems.  He also writes programs in Excel to assist with design calculations.  Currently he is working on setting up the company web site and will be responsible for maintaining the web site.
