William G. Shepherd is the Director of Surveying and Planning at Grant Shepherd & Associates, Inc.  He is responsible for overseeing General Operations in both our Land Surveying, Land Planning and Site Development Departments.  He is in charge of Production, Quality Control, and Cost Estimating within these departments as well.

William is certified in Autodesk Land Development, Autodesk Civil Design, and Autodesk Survey.  He is also certified by the Georgia Department of Labor in Permit Required Confined Space Entry and Confined Space Rescue, as well as First Aid and Safety.
