Lynne Shepherd is Co Owner, President and Administrative Director of Office Personnel with Grant Shepherd & Associates, Inc. She is responsible for Accounts Payable, overseeing Accounts Receivable, posting Payroll and Time Entry. In addition to these duties she handles the company’s health insurance coordination, federal and state tax deposits and various other General Office duties. She also reviews and addresses title commitments with regard to all ALTA/ACSM Surveys prepared and addresses questions by paralegals and attorneys for closings. Ms. Shepherd handles new client contact, client questions and tracking of projects internally until completion. |
