Grant Shepherd & Associates, Inc. was founded on January 6, 1991, by Mr. Seaton Grant Shepherd, Jr., Registered Land Surveyor. Our Company was founded on the premise of providing professional Land Surveying Services and Land Planning Services to our clients. Grant Shepherd & Associates, Inc. provides Land Surveying, Drafting, Construction Layout, and Construction and Consulting Services to companies and municipalities all throughout Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee.

We are here to provide exceptional land surveying and plan drafting services. This is done by actively listening to our clients, understanding what they want, anticipating what they need, and constantly communicating with clients so that they know that they come first at Grant Shepherd & Associates!
