Below are just a few of the projects that we have had the opportunity to be a part of. There's an old adage that goes, "If you do what you love, then you'll never work a day in your life". There's truth to that statement because the projects that we take on here at Grant Shepherd and Associates are not work to us! We love what we do here and treat each and every project as one of our own.

Grandview at Gateway
This project is honestly one of our largest projects to date. Located just off of S.R. 515 in Jasper, GA., this retirement community is a massive undertaking of very cautious and precise planning to ensure that the surrounding environment remains as undamaged as possible to retain most of it's natural flora and fauna for the residents!

Atlanta Federal Penn.
The Atlanta Federal Penn. is, to us, a stamp of acknowledgement. It is located in Southeast Atlanta and was designed to be as minimally invasive to the community as possible.
